P7 harvested the vegetables from our School Vegetable Garden. They peeled and prepared: carrots, parsnips, swedes, potatoes and cabbage. Our wonderful head cook, Ann Marie, then helped the class make a wonderful healthy and tasty vegetable soup that the class served to all the pupils and staff. It was a big hit and not a drop was left.
